How do our meditations work?

We ask you a couple of questions about your children and what they like and based on this information we craft guided meditations specially suited to engage them based on what they are interested in. Our meditations can be used for bedtime but also to help managing emotions or coping with stressful times. Our meditations are a premium feature of Scarlett Panda’s stories and therefore are available for only 9.90$/month (unlimited access).

“As a busy mom of two, I needed a way to help my kids relax and deal with daily stress. The children's meditation app has been a lifesaver! The personalized meditations are engaging and cater to my kids' interests and since they mention their name, they connect to it easier. Since using the app, my children are more calm and focused, and able to manage their emotions better. It's become a cherished part of our bedtime routine and my kids love it. I'm grateful for this tool to help my children develop mindfulness and inner peace at a young age. I highly recommend it to other parents!”

 FAQ

Guided meditations is a powerful practice that offers numerous benefits for both kids and adults. However, it's essential to approach meditation differently for these distinct age groups. When it comes to children, meditation should be tailored to their developmental stage and specific needs. It often involves incorporating playful elements, such as guided imagery or interactive exercises, to engage their imagination and hold their attention. For adults, meditation can delve deeper into introspection and self-reflection, allowing for a more focused and contemplative practice. Techniques like breath awareness, mindfulness, and visualization can help adults navigate the complexities of their thoughts and emotions. Ultimately, whether for kids or adults, meditation provides a valuable tool for cultivating calmness, enhancing focus, and promoting overall well-being in different ways to suit each individual's unique journey.
